How do you get that healthy looking glow that makes you look younger, and your skin look fuller?

Here are five of my top tips for a healthy, full, and ‘happy’ skin:

  1. Up your nutrition - What you put in is what you get out! Eat food rich in antioxidants to combat free radicals and UV damage
  2. Cleanse regularly - Clear out pores and dirt that cause skin dullness
  3. Exfoliate - Removing the outer layer of dead skin cells helps make the skin's surface smoother
  4. Hydrate - Drink water AND moisturise! A well hydrated skin is a happy, glowing skin
  5. Get good sleep – Bad sleep produces the stress hormone, cortisol, which causes inflammation in the body, and affects your skin
